[KEY] Prado RZJ120/GRJ120/KZJ120 3RZ-FE Engine Key programming

Registration of additional sub key

1. Ensure no key is in the ignition key cylinder.
2. Insert the already registered master key into the ignition key cylinder.
3. Depress and release the accelerator pedal 4 times within 15 sec.
4. Depress and release the brake pedal 5 times and remove the master key within 20 sec. 
5. Wait 3 sec. 
6. Insert the key to be registered into the ignition key cylinder within 7 sec.
7. After 60 sec, the key is registered(The security indicator turns OFF).
8. Remove the registered key. 

Registration of additional Master key

1. Ensure no key is in the ignition key cylinder.
2. Insert the already registered master key into the ignition key cylinder.
3. Depress and release the accelerator pedal 5 times within 15 sec.
4. Depress and release the brake pedal 6 times and remove the master key within 20 sec. 
5. Wait 3 sec. 
6. Insert the key to be registered into the ignition key cylinder within 7 sec.
7. After 60 sec, the key is registered(The security indicator turns OFF).
8. Remove the registered key. 

Erasure of key code from the engine ECU

1. Insert the already registered master key into the ignition key cylinder and turn ignition switch ON.
2. Depress and release the accelerator pedal 6 times alternately within 15 sec.
3. Depress and release the brake pedal 7 times alternately within 20 sec.
4. Remove the master key within 10 sec.

Erasure of key code from the immobilizer ECU

1. Ensure the vehicle fulfills the following conditions :
   • Driver side door is closed.
   • No key is in the ignition key cylinder
2. Wait for 5 sec or more.
3. Insert the already registered master key in the ignition key cylinder, and ensure the security turns OFF.
4. Remove and insert the master key 5 times alternately and OPEN/CLOSE the driver side door 7 times alternately within 35 sec.
5. Remove the master key within 10 sec.
